CELTIC ART WORKSHOP

Perhaps you’d rather ‘pass’ on gorge jumping or abseiling and rather spend quality time learning a new skill in the relaxed comfort of the Lodge.

Highly acclaimed local artist and very good friend Marjory Tait, not only produces her own stunning range of Highland Celtic Art Work but is also a book illustrator and in high demand, designing fresh innovative concepts across the board. Her numerous commissions include promotional material for ‘Outlander’.

Her love for nature and her Highland roots radiates throughout her work. Marjory does what she loves - her style is magical, charismatic and effortless. Her range of artistic skills are quite brilliant but her real love is in her graphic illustrations.

Her work is influenced by both Celtic design and art nouveau style.

Marjory has led Celtic workshops for a number of years where the participants learn the skills required to produce a simple Celtic knot and then illustrate their own Celtic inspired image using local flora and fauna.
